MY APPROACH
How we manage our lives overall is a key component on our yogic path. My offered coaching is based on my passion for a holistic way of looking at life through ayurveda, psychology and spirituality. In addition to my interests and studies, I draw from my own personal experience to support you on your path.
OBJECTIVE
Offered sessions are to guide students on their path towards more fulfilling and balanced lives.

The workings of our mind are equally, if not more importantly, part of our journey as the physical practice of yoga.

The mind reaches all aspects of our lives, and has an enormous effect, not only on our psychological and spiritual well-being, but our physical state as well.


PERSONALISED GOAL SETTING
First session is to discuss your wishes and goals for coaching, as well as if I'm an appropriate guide for you. Some topics can be; life habits, nutrition, physical and mental wellness, relationships, work and so forth. Coaching is based on a student's wishes on what area of life they want to improve and develop.
