Sleep is one of the singularly most direct factors in supporting our physical and mental wellness, and therefore has a great impact on our overall well-being.
This four week series gives you tools for better sleep, including yoga, pranayama, and meditation to build better habits towards well slept nights.

PRIVATE SESSION
Private sessions allow you to dive deeper into yoga and establish your home practice. These Hatha yoga based sessions are designed to benefit you on your personal yogic path.

GROUP SESSION
This Hatha class encompassed by the qualities of Tantra is based on classical yoga. With strong focus on asana and breath work the class explores energetic qualities of our being. Physical benefits of stretching, strengthening and balancing postures translate into how we can feel mentally. Classes include short meditation and some more advanced practices.
NAVIGATING THROUGH CHANGES
We cannot avoid going through some challenging changes during our lives but we can affect how well we navigate through them.

This coaching series is designed to help you steer the course of your life during events such as changing careers, relationships, or loss of a loved one.
